Earnings Potential
- Earn up to $25.00 USD per hour
- Client hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm CST, and Saturday-Sunday, 9:00am to 3:00pm CST.

Skills Needed
- Strong technical skills needed in order to troubleshoot any problems the customer may experience with the product or app. Extensive knowledge of GPS, smartphone apps and both Windows and MacOS systems is necessary.
- Exceptional customer service skills needed to guide customers through issue resolution with compassion and empathy. Contractors should have a passion for pet safety.
- Above average problem solving skills and critical thinking ability to listen to the problem then use troubleshooting flows and other resources to find a solution.
- Multi-tasking skills needed to take notes and capture details while listening to customer issues.
Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, with at least 10 Mbps download speed
- Wired internet connection, like Cable, Fiber Optic or DSL (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Windows Defender (built into Windows 10 & 11) is needed for security
- Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
Important Information
At Landgate, we work with brands in various industries to humanize their customer experience. When you join our GoodHands! Crew, you’ll have access to apply to several contracts exclusive to Working Solutions independent contractors.
With landgate, you work when it’s convenient for you. Our contract hours range from 15 to 40+ hours per week and you can select the hours that are convenient for you! Contract pay rates vary depending on the client, but we make sure we offer the best rate possible to our contractors.
Contractual Relationship : The relationship between you and Landgate is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Landgate will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Landgate. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
